v1.1.1
Spoke: time windows, moving stops and background sending
NewFleetConnector Spoke 1.2.0
- Cancelled orders leave Spoke again: Removing a stop failed because Spoke refused the way the request was sent. Cancelled orders and removed pickups are now deleted from Spoke as intended.
- New delivery date or address: Spoke can’t move a stop to another day or change its address. The plugin now deletes the old stop and creates a new one in the right plan, as long as it wasn’t sent to a driver yet. After that, the order gets a note to change it in Spoke.
- Time windows: The time slot a customer picks with Order Delivery Date, Iconic Delivery Slots or YITH Delivery Date is sent to Spoke as the stop’s time window. You can also set a default window for orders without a slot.
- Sent in the background, with retries: Orders go to Spoke through the WooCommerce Action Scheduler, so the checkout never waits for Spoke. If Spoke is busy or briefly unreachable, the order is sent again after 1, 5 and 15 minutes.
- Days that are already optimized: Spoke doesn’t accept new stops in an optimized plan. New orders for that day now go into a separate plan marked “added after optimizing”, with a note on the order. Changes Spoke refuses become a note instead of an error.
- More order details in Spoke: Products are listed in the stop’s order info, and you can send the order weight. Business orders show as “Company (Name)”, category names display correctly, and the customer’s email is no longer in the driver notes.
- Manual update sends everything: “Update Spoke description” now sends all order details to the stop, not only the notes.
Safer manual updates
FleetConnector Routific 1.1.2
- Orders already on a route: Routific only accepts changes to orders that aren’t scheduled yet, and can’t delete orders on a published route. Instead of an error, the order now gets a note to make the change in Routific, with a warning in the order box and the activity log
FleetConnector Onfleet 2.2.1
- Manual updates keep your date setting: Updating by deactivating the plugin, uploading the new ZIP and activating it again now keeps the way ambiguous dates like 10/03/2026 were read, instead of switching to “auto”
FleetConnector Spoke 1.1.1
- Order status after a removed pickup: When a linked pickup is removed because no product in the order needs it anymore, and the delivery was already completed, the order now gets the “completed” status right away instead of staying on hold
Linked pickups, delivery dates you can trust, and a reliability update
FleetConnector Onfleet 2.2.0
- Linked pickups: Mark a product or product category for a linked pickup, for example for rentals, and a second Onfleet pickup task collects it again a set number of days after the delivery, or on a date from an order field. The pickup follows every order change and has its own status on the order
- Order type per product: Send a product or category as a delivery or a pickup task. Orders with products of different types get the strongest type and list the other products in the task notes
- Order status after the last trip: On orders with a linked pickup, the “delivered” order status is set when both trips are done (or right after the delivery, if you prefer). A failed trip sets the failed status right away. Orders without a pickup work as before
- Date order setting: A new “Date order in custom fields” setting decides whether a date like 10/03/2026 means 10 March or October 3. New installations follow the date format of your delivery date plugin or WordPress; existing installations keep reading dates exactly as before
- Detect from recent order: Pick a recent order in the settings to see all its fields, with the likely delivery date fields marked, and choose the right one with one click. Handy for booking plugins that are not in the list
- Why this delivery date: The order panel explains which field the delivery date came from, or which fallback was used and why. A customer’s date that is in the past or can’t be read is logged as a warning in the activity log
- No duplicates after a time-out: If sending an order timed out, the next attempt first checks Onfleet for the task and links it instead of creating a second one
- Fix: An order with shipment tracking data could cause an error while looking for the delivery date
- Delivery window in your time zone: Time windows are now sent in the shop’s time zone. Before, they were read as UTC, which shifted them by your UTC offset
- Secure webhooks: Onfleet’s webhook URL validation now works, every webhook is checked against the Onfleet API before an order changes, and you can add the webhook secret from Onfleet for signature checks
- No double tasks after a timeout: If Onfleet doesn’t answer in time, the plugin first looks for the task by order number before creating it again
- Faster order saves: Saving an order no longer triggers the sync over and over again; the reason a send failed is shown on the order
- Phone numbers for every country: Numbers get the calling code of the order’s country (US/Canada numbers with a leading 1, Italian numbers keep their 0, numbers that already contain the country code are left alone)
- Addresses in your country’s format: The address is sent in the address format of the order’s country and always includes the country, so the geocoder doesn’t pick a town with the same name elsewhere
- No placeholder phone: Orders without a phone number are sent without a recipient phone instead of a fake number
- Dashboard: Retry updates the existing task instead of creating a new one, and the export respects the chosen filters and the full end date
- License check: A license key for another FleetConnector product is refused, and a network error during the weekly check no longer deactivates your license
Action needed: If you moved your Onfleet time windows by hand to compensate for the UTC shift, set them back to your real opening hours after updating.
FleetConnector Spoke 1.1.0
- Linked pickups: Mark a product or product category for a linked pickup, for example for rentals, and a second Spoke stop (activity “pickup”) is added to the plan of the pickup date, a set number of days after the delivery or on a date from an order field. The pickup follows every order change and has its own status on the order
- Order type per product: Send a product or category as a delivery or a pickup stop. Orders with products of different types get the strongest type and list the other products in the stop notes
By default it follows the date format of your delivery date plugin or WordPress
- No duplicates after a time-out: If sending an order timed out, the next attempt first checks the Spoke plan for the stop and links it instead of creating a second one
- Fix: An order with shipment tracking data could cause an error while looking for the delivery date
- Works with the current Spoke API: The plugin now uses Spoke’s documented API host and plan/stop paths and sends the address as separate fields; the old single-line address was rejected by the API
- Right plan for every date: The plan for a delivery date is found across all your plans and created only once, even when several orders arrive at the same moment
- No double stops after a timeout: If Spoke doesn’t answer in time, the plugin looks for the stop by order number before adding it again
- Secure webhooks: Webhooks are checked against the Spoke API before an order changes, with an optional signing secret
- License check: A license key for another FleetConnector product is refused, and a network error during the weekly check no longer deactivates your license
FleetConnector Detrack 1.1.0
- Linked pickups: Mark a product or product category for a linked pickup, for example for rentals, and a Collection job collects it again a set number of days after the delivery, or on a date from an order field. The pickup follows every order change and has its own status on the order
- Order type per product: Send a product or category as a Delivery or a Collection job. Orders with products of different types get the strongest type and list the other products in the instructions
By default it follows the date format of your delivery date plugin or WordPress
- No duplicates after a time-out: If sending an order timed out, the next attempt first checks Detrack for the job and links it instead of sending it again
- Fix: An order with shipment tracking data could cause an error while looking for the delivery date
- Detrack API v2: Jobs are created, updated and deleted through Detrack’s documented v2 job endpoints and field names, including items, payment amount for cash on delivery and the tracking link
- Updates reach the right job: The job date is remembered, so changing or cancelling an order updates the existing job instead of failing
- No double jobs after a timeout: If Detrack doesn’t answer in time, the plugin looks up the job before creating it again
- Secure webhooks: The webhook URL now contains a secret token and every update is checked against the Detrack API before an order changes
- License check: A license key for another FleetConnector product is refused, and a network error during the weekly check no longer deactivates your license
Action needed: Copy the new webhook URL from FleetConnector → Settings into Detrack. The plugin also sends it with every new job.
FleetConnector Routific 1.1.0
- Linked pickups: Mark a product or product category for a linked pickup, for example for rentals, and a second Routific order collects it again a set number of days after the delivery, or on a date from an order field. Routific has no pickup order type, so the driver sees it as a “PICKUP” in the instructions. The pickup follows every order change and has its own status on the order
By default it follows the date format of your delivery date plugin or WordPress
- Time slot field: Choose any order field as the source of the customer’s time slot
- Correct dates west of UTC: Dates from Order Delivery Date are no longer read as the day before in shops in the US, Canada and other time zones west of UTC
- No duplicates after a time-out: If sending an order times out, it is no longer sent again automatically. You link the existing Routific order from the order panel, or confirm that it should be sent again
- Phone numbers for every country: Numbers get the calling code of the order’s country (US/Canada numbers with a leading 1, Italian numbers keep their 0, numbers that already contain the country code are left alone)
- More time slot formats: Slots like “09:00 tot 12:00”, “9h - 12h”, “10 AM to 12 PM” or with seconds are recognised, and YITH Delivery Date slots are supported
- Addresses in your country’s format: The address is sent in the address format of the order’s country and always includes the country, so the geocoder doesn’t pick a town with the same name elsewhere
- No date moves after delivery: Updating an order after its delivery date, for example marking it completed, no longer moves the Routific order to another day
- Sent once: An order can’t be sent twice when the background queue, a bulk action and the order action overlap, and repeated webhooks are processed once
- Visible when retries run out: When the automatic retries are used up, this is shown on the order and in the activity log
- License check: A license key for another FleetConnector product is refused, and a network error during the weekly check no longer deactivates your license
FleetConnector OptimoRoute 1.1.0
- Linked pickups: Mark a product or product category for a linked pickup, for example for rentals, and a second OptimoRoute pickup order collects it again a set number of days after the delivery, or on a date from an order field. The pickup follows every order change and has its own status on the order
- Order type per product: Send a product or category as a delivery, pickup or task. Orders with products of different types get the strongest type and list the other products in the driver notes
- Order status after the last trip: On orders with a linked pickup, the “delivered” order status is set when both trips are done (or right after the delivery, if you prefer). A failed trip sets the failed status right away. Orders without a pickup work as before

- Why this delivery date: The order panel explains which field the delivery date came from, or which fallback was used and why. A customer’s date that is in the past or can’t be read is logged as a warning in the activity log
- Time slot field: Choose any order field as the source of the customer’s time slot
- Correct dates west of UTC: Dates from Order Delivery Date are no longer read as the day before in shops in the US, Canada and other time zones west of UTC
- No date moves after delivery: Updating an order after its delivery date no longer moves the OptimoRoute order to another day
- Reliable status sync: Sync runs never overlap, a final status is never overwritten by an older refresh, and orders planned far ahead keep getting status updates
- Visible when retries run out: When the automatic retries are used up, this is shown on the order and in the activity log
- License check: A license key for another FleetConnector product is refused, and a network error during the weekly check no longer deactivates your license
