FleetConnector ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Avuro, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable Dutch and European privacy laws.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit our website (fleetconnector.app), purchase our products, or use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of personal data:
Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address (when purchasing a license or subscribing to notifications)
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider Lemon Squeezy)
- Messages you send via our contact form
Information collected automatically (browser, pages and referrer only through analytics, after you accept analytics cookies):
- IP address (in our server logs; for analytics only after you accept analytics cookies)
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent on our website
- Referring website
When you sign up to be notified about an upcoming integration:
- Your email address and the integration you asked about
- The page where you signed up
- How you found our website: the first page you visited, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed
- Your country (only when our hosting or network provider adds it to the request; we don't look up your IP address ourselves), your browser's time zone and preferred language
The first page and referring website are kept in your browser's session storage (not a cookie) for the current browser tab only, and only if you accepted analytics cookies in our cookie banner. They are only sent to us when you submit the notification form, and are cleared when you close the tab or reject analytics.
Information from our plugin:
- License key validation requests (domain name where plugin is installed)
- No customer order data, personal information, or WooCommerce data is transmitted to our servers
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely with the following measures:
- All data transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS
- Payment data is processed by Lemon Squeezy and never stored on our servers
- Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel only
- Our hosting infrastructure is located within the European Union
Retention periods:
- Customer data (name, email, license): Duration of license + 7 years (Dutch tax law requirement)
- Contact form messages: 2 years after last contact
- Newsletter/notification subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe
- Launch notification signups, including how you found us: until the integration has launched and we have emailed you, or earlier if you ask us to delete them
- Analytics data: 26 months (anonymized)
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

All US-based providers operate under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure adequate data protection.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses the following cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies:
- Session cookies for website functionality
Local storage, strictly necessary (not a cookie):
- fc_consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don't ask again on every page. It is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again
Session storage (not a cookie):
- fc_attribution: the first page you visited and the referring website, for the current browser tab only. It is only stored if you accepted analytics cookies, only sent to us if you submit the launch notification form, and removed when you close the tab or reject analytics
Analytics cookies (only after you click Accept in the cookie banner):
- Google Analytics (_ga, _gid): anonymized IP enabled
- Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk): for user behavior analysis and session recordings
Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner; until then, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the analytics cookies we can reach and stop loading these tools. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restrict processing: Request limitation of data processing
- Right to data portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

Some of our third-party providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure adequate protection through:

- Adequacy decisions where applicable
