How it works
- When an order reaches one of your trigger statuses, the plugin adds it as a stop to the Spoke plan for its delivery date. If that plan doesn’t exist yet, it is created.
- The stop gets the address, the customer’s name, phone number and email, the products, the customer note and the number of packages.
- The delivery date comes from your delivery date plugin (or a custom field). When no date is found, tomorrow is used, and the order shows why.

How it works
- Select orders in the WooCommerce orders list and choose “Send to Spoke” from the bulk actions.
- Orders that already have a Spoke stop are skipped, so nothing is created twice.
- Optimizing and dispatching the routes happens in Spoke, as you normally do.

How it works
- Every attempt is logged in the FleetConnector dashboard, with the error message Spoke returned.
- Fix the cause and click Retry: the stop is created with the current order data.
- If the earlier attempt timed out, the plugin first checks the plan in Spoke for a stop that was created anyway, so a retry doesn’t create a duplicate.

How it works
- When you edit an order, the stop in Spoke is updated: recipient details, notes and the product list.
- Spoke doesn’t allow changing the address of an existing stop. For a new address, remove the stop and send the order again.
- With the Spoke webhook connected, completed and failed deliveries are added to the order as notes, and you can choose an order status for each.

How it works
- Choose Delivery or Pickup per product or product category: it becomes the activity of the Spoke stop.
- Turn on a linked pickup for rentals, equipment or crates: a second stop in the Spoke plan of the pickup date, a set number of days after the delivery or on the return date from your rental plugin.
- The pickup follows every change of the order, also after the delivery. When its date changes, the stop is moved to the right plan as long as it isn’t dispatched yet.
- Choose whether the order gets its completed status after the delivery or only after the pickup. A “P” badge in the orders list shows how the pickup is doing.
