How it works
- When an order reaches one of your trigger statuses (by default Processing and Completed), the plugin creates an Onfleet task.
- The task gets the shipping address, the customer’s name and phone number, the ordered products with their options, the customer note and the payment method.
- The delivery date comes from your delivery date plugin (or a custom field). When no date is found, tomorrow is used, and the order shows why.
- Your default “complete after” and “complete before” times and (optionally) a default team are applied to every task.

How it works
- Select orders in the WooCommerce orders list and choose “Send to Onfleet” from the bulk actions.
- Orders that already have an Onfleet task are skipped, so nothing is created twice.
- Drivers are assigned in Onfleet, as you normally do.

How it works
- Every attempt is logged in the FleetConnector dashboard, with the error message Onfleet returned.
- Fix the cause (for example the address) and click Retry: the task is created with the current order data.
- If the earlier attempt timed out, the plugin first checks Onfleet for a task that was created anyway, so a retry doesn’t create a duplicate.

How it works
- When you edit an order that already has a task, the plugin updates the task in Onfleet: address, recipient, delivery window and notes.
- Completed tasks are not changed anymore.
- With the Onfleet webhook connected, started, assigned, completed and failed tasks are added to the order as notes, and you can choose an order status for completed and failed deliveries.

How it works
- Choose Delivery or Pickup per product or product category. An order of type Pickup becomes an Onfleet pickup task.
- Turn on a linked pickup for rentals, equipment or crates: a second Onfleet pickup task at the same address, a set number of days after the delivery or on the return date from your rental plugin.
- The pickup task follows every change of the order, also after the delivery, and any driver can take it.
- Choose whether the order gets its completed status after the delivery or only after the pickup. A “P” badge in the orders list shows how the pickup is doing.
