How it works
- When an order reaches one of your trigger statuses, the plugin creates a Detrack delivery job. The WooCommerce order number is the DO number.
- The job gets the address, the customer’s name, phone number and email, the items (SKU, description, quantity), the instructions and the payment details.
- The delivery date comes from your delivery date plugin (or a custom field). When no date is found, tomorrow is used, and the order shows why.
- A Detrack tracking link is saved on the order.

How it works
- Select orders in the WooCommerce orders list and choose “Send to Detrack” from the bulk actions.
- Orders that already have a Detrack job are skipped, so nothing is created twice.

How it works
- Every attempt is logged in the FleetConnector dashboard, with the error message Detrack returned.
- Fix the cause and click Retry: the job is created with the current order data.
- If the earlier attempt timed out, the plugin first checks Detrack for the DO number, so a retry doesn’t create a duplicate.

How it works
- When you edit an order, the job in Detrack is updated with the current address, contact details, items and instructions.
- With the Detrack webhook connected, completed, failed and in-transit jobs are added to the order as notes, and signature and photo links from the proof of delivery are saved on the order.
- You can choose an order status for completed and failed deliveries.
Send products as Delivery or Collection jobs, and let Detrack collect rentals again automatically.
How it works
- Choose Delivery or Collection per product or product category: it becomes the Detrack job type.
- Turn on a linked pickup for rentals, equipment or crates: a second Detrack job of type Collection (DO number + “-P”), a set number of days after the delivery or on the return date from your rental plugin.
- The pickup follows every change of the order, also after the delivery. Cash on delivery is only collected on the delivery, never on the pickup.
- Choose whether the order gets its completed status after the delivery or only after the pickup. A “P” badge in the orders list shows how the pickup is doing.
