How it works
- When an order reaches one of your trigger statuses (by default Processing), it is sent to OptimoRoute in the background, so checkout is never slowed down.
- The order gets the address, the customer’s name, phone number and email, service duration, priority, load (items or weight) and notes with the products and payment details.
- Orders are sent with OptimoRoute’s SYNC operation on your order number, so a retry after an error never creates a duplicate.
- Local pickup orders and orders without shippable products can be skipped.

How it works
- Supports Order Delivery Date (Tyche), Iconic Delivery Slots, plugins that use a delivery_date field, or any custom field.
- “Detect from recent order” shows all fields of an order and marks the likely date and time slot fields, so you can pick the right one with one click.
- Dates like 10/03/2026 are read day-month or month-day, following the date format of your delivery date plugin or WordPress, or your own choice.
- OptimoRoute needs a date, so without one the next business day, tomorrow or today is used. The order shows why it got its date, and a date in the past is flagged in the activity log.
Delivered, failed or rejected? Status, driver note and proof of delivery are added to the order automatically.
How it works
- The plugin checks OptimoRoute for new events every 5 minutes and reconciles open orders every hour. No webhook setup is needed.
- Delivered, failed or rejected: you choose the WooCommerce order status. The driver’s note is added to the order.
- The driver, stop number, planned time and proof of delivery (signature and photos) are saved on the order.

How it works
- Choose the OptimoRoute order type per product or product category: delivery, pickup or task. Mixed orders get the strongest type, and the other products are listed in the driver notes.
- Turn on a linked pickup for rentals, equipment or crates: a second OptimoRoute order (order number + “-P”, type pickup), a set number of days after the delivery or on the return date from your rental plugin.
- The pickup follows every change of the order, also after the delivery, and the status sync follows both trips.
- Choose whether the order gets its delivered status after the delivery or only after the pickup. A “P” badge in the orders list shows how the pickup is doing.
